They were extremely rare until the 60s (right after we stopped praying in schools, they picked up, but I'm sure that's just a coincidence!), and then they skyrocketed in the 90s. Meanwhile, guns at that time were more restricted than ever! These people are dishonest, and they want to disarm us.
