  1. This is true. Punt and Sheba were both over there. The West Coast had Mali, Ghana, and Songhai Empires, which were all fairly wealthy as well, albeit a bit later than the Kingdoms on the East Coast. I think "Africa never built anything" is an exaggeration, however it's not as big of an exaggeration as the "Africa built everything, we wuz kangz" nonsense we hear today. I try to give credit where credit is due, because being honest and impartial helps diagnose the issue and convince people you're not being deceitful and manipulative.

Whereas Africa had about 3 or 4 smallish medieval civilisations (not counting Egypt!), America had multiple civilizations beginning thousands of years ago, with four or more actually becoming large and successful. They weren't as dense as European civilizations, but they did have continental trade! It makes sense to me that many of them are made of East Asian DNA plus the Ancient Northern European DNA that's also in Europeans.

  5.  @jandavidson7093  Whoops! I didn't see the sub-saharan part, although I did remove Egypt from the equation. I'm aware their DNA is as SSA as most West Asians. Damn, I always get the ancient genetic group acronyms confused. Eurasian. Got it. Thanks. 👍🏻
