  3.  @miknarf  That depends: are you a president or former president? Because the rules are different for presidents, since they can unilaterally declassify documents. Also, what does that have to do with January 6th?

  4.  @miknarf  He can declassify something without asking permission as president. If he declassified them, they're declassified. He just has to say it. He said it. They're declassified.
