I don't think this is too much to joke about, you just have to follow the rule of, "The more offensive it is, the funnier it has to be," and there was no joke here. It wasn't funny. There wasn't a twist or some premise or some new insight, it was just him celebrating a man's death due to an unproven accusation. Terrible.
