It's integral to libertarian thought. When you say they "lost you when they started supporting it," it makes you look ignorant as to the libertarian philosophy of civil liberties.

  2. I've always had faith in America's businesses, so this was par for the course. What really bothered me is the media's response. Aside from the fear-mongering, which is absolutely revolting, but not at all surprising, the constant, unwavering demand for authoritarianism was shocking to me. All these people who I had hoped would see the error of their ways for supporting executive power once Trump was elected are demanding him nationalize industry and lockdown the entire nation with the military in the most disappointing about-face I've seen in a long time. I no longer have hope for the media getting its act together.
