  1. The issue is small differences yield HUGE differences at the extremes. Men are a bit more likely to be aggressive, so your average man is barely more aggressive than your average woman, but about 9/10 of the most aggressive people will be men, hence more men in prisons. Men are more likely to be disagreeable, so your average man is a bit more disagreeable than your average woman, but about 9/10 of the most disagreeable people will be men, hence more men in CEO positions. Small differences in the means yields huge differences in the extremes. We need to know the truth to determine what our society can and should look like. I believe environment has a large role to play. I'm not sure about other factors. I'll say "TBD" on that. I'm just looking forward to seeing what a lifetime of not being exposed to large amounts of lead brings to the Xers and Millennials in these studies and just how far the Flynn Effect will take us?
