  3. Liquor becomes more popular during prohibition. In the 20s, they drank it almost exclusively. Now, adults who can't legally drink use liquor because you can smuggle a fifth of liquor easier than a case of beer. Lower the drinking age again and you'll see more beer and less liquor. Less binging and pre-gaming.

  4. The gambling thing makes me think: Should you be able to gamble while intoxicated? We've all basically established that boning a girl who's trashed is rape since she can't consent (not talking about a couple drinks--I mean you carried her in on your shoulder and she can't count to six without forgetting and starting over), so why are you able to gamble away your entire life savings while trashed?🤔 Hm...
