You're not going to find much data to support your assertion that HFCS is unique in its detrimental effects in regards to sugar.

@supreme84x Source for food metabolization being harder with fewer carbs in your diet?

"I don't care about the data, I'm right and he's wrong" is the call of flat-earthers, anti-vaxxers, and creationists everywhere. Congratulations! You've joined an elite club!

You're underestimating the effect of HIIT on your metabolism for the entire day.

Yeah, aspartame is safe. Don't fall for the Mercola lies.
2
Eh, I don't think that's valid. There are plenty of us that drink black coffee and unsweetened tea. I chug loads of caffeine a day and don't reach for the sugar packets.
2
@generalralph6291 No.
2
@supreme84x I've read the differences are negligible. Do you have any reputable sources?
2
misa smith I did research. It said your point is false. If you can't provide evidence for your assertions, they can be dismissed. Classic Hitchens quote.

@b.c.7741 I've only seen this clip. If it got worse, I haven't seen it yet.
2
@b.c.7741 Yeah, I've almost never been more excited for an episode, only to be disappointed. The Ron White one surprised me. I thought Joe only does one a day?
2
That's an anecdote.
2
@lukeism2 Yes, I have. It's a myth. If you're eating more than a few hundred calories a day, you won't have to worry about it.
2
couldn't think of a username artificial sweeteners don't spike sugar levels. That's a nonsensical claim.
2
couldn't think of a username Regardless of the claim's veracity, it's still a claim. Any source for that claim?
2
They'd be cutting calories, so it would cause them to lose weight. Aspartame doesn't cause cancer.
2
@abeedhal6519 I think it might be complex carbs maybe?
1
Oh damn! Correct!
1
Didn't even think about that.
1
Do you have any evidence to disprove it, or are you just making this up?
1
But this was a debate. They were supposed to argue.
1
@loopingvoid2904 All that is true of sugar. HFCS is just sugar. Fructose is a type of sugar found in fruit, or corn in this case.
1
@hustler3of4culture3 I need a source for that claim. HFCS is just fructose.
1
@kaylascott3339 you can't find any reputable study that will prove that.
1
couldn't think of a username Is there a link?
1
@SkwidyDev But that isn't caused by fat. It's exacerbated by it.
1
@SkwidyDev You gave me a study that said it causes resistance in those with a genetic predisposition to it.
