Supply chains built on hundreds of individual voluntary transactions that enrich both parties. You can stop that if you like, using force (and spending more money to enforce it), but if the supply chain stops, wealth stops. And then you're funding a massive government program with what? Uhhh, they keep jacking up prices to (get more money from taxes) keep people from smoking as much, they've put a shitload of restriction on tobacco and they're federally regulated by the FDA now. They're definitely doing something. It's not going to work and it'll make things worse likely, but they're doing something!
