  6. Just going to talk about the taxes thing, because the rest is just too much economic illiteracy to deal with. Tax RATE does not equal tax REVENUE. Check out the Laffer Curve and see that sometimes cutting taxes can increase revenue, and raising them can decrease. The rest of it's really just envy. Thinking you deserve what other people made directly and indirectly because you exist and believing you should be able to take it involuntarily through force. Legal plunder is still plunder.

It was the 1920s when we started having ethnic/regional quotas, IMO the only blight on Coolidge's otherwise remarkable presidential career.
