  2. Peterson isn't an economist. He seems to miss the point that despite an increase in inequality, we're seeing an increase in wealth for ALL populations: the rich, poor, and middle class. I don't see upheaval happening. Our quality of life is improving, and we're moving forward with relative stability despite inequality. Also, when the rich and invested innovate, they create new goods and services that improve our lives and create new ways to generate wealth and prosperity as a society.
