  2. It seems the station does decrease events by 36%. The guy presenting tries to get tricky by showing people without events instead of with to make them look closer. Of course going from 97% to 98.1% seems small, but that's not what happened. 3% of people dropped down to 1.9% of people, which is a decrease of 36%. Doesn't seem dishonest. In 1000 people without the drug, 30 would have a heart attack. In 1000 with, only 19 would. That's a fairly decent reduction.
