@ArtTasticCreations That's not the point, chief. YouTube isn't silencing you or taking away your right to speak. They're just not letting you in their group. They just don't want you as a customer. That is their right. You don't have a right to their services and products. You aren't owed a YouTube account, and it's not a human right to use YouTube. They are not the government, and they can choose to associate with whomever they want.
If it's a public institution, the principles of free speech apply. If it's a private institution, they can allow whoever they want and kick off whoever they please. That's the whole point of a terms of service. It's literally not about free speech. They're not censoring you. They're just not selling to you anymore, which is THEIR right to freedom of association. Otherwise, you're demanding they let you on their private community they don't want you in, and in your world, they are going to be forced (I guess through legal force?) to allow anyone on their platform, even if they don't want you there. In that scenario, YOU are abusing YouTube's rights. You don't have the right to use their property. It's just like if you told a guest to leave your home because you didn't like how he was behaving. He can't refuse to leave and scream "free speech!" Whenever you try to kick him out. That's what you're doing by refusing to respect freedom of association and private property rights and demanding a private organization host you regardless of their wishes.
