The difference that Joe is missing between sex and pornography is that sex is a firsthand experience, usually in a loving relationship, with physical, mental, and emotional connection and intimacy, and porn is a thirdhand experience with a nearly purely physical component (e-girls are making it more emotional, though, and therefore even worse!🙄) and no intimacy and connection at all. However, it can trick your brain into feeling like there was a connection when there wasn't and can prevent you from seeking that connection for real.
