If you get rid of meritocracy, nothing works anymore. Bridges collapse, planes fall from the sky, etc. And you'll be winning jobs over more qualified candidates based solely on racial quotas. People will grow to despise you. You'll be fine getting jobs with your own skills and talents. You don't need to use the government to threaten people to hire you.
