All this is true, but what you're forgetting about is that the elf is a Black BIPOC of Colour, so he's had to struggle against American slavery from 1619-1865, and then he had to survive Jim Crow and now he keeps getting shot by the police for the "crime" of pulling a gun on them, so he's had it hard the past few centuries. Have a heart!!
