  1. The military budget has been around $700 billion for years, so, as you say, there should be by now an enormous pile of arms. The US has sent, say, $50 billion and is running short?! How can that be? I think the answer is either there is an extremely inefficient MIC or there is a massive amount of corruption. It's gotta be one or the other. Or could be both, i suppose.
