  1. This is the first, second & third type of lie all in a couple of sentences. There are three types (as far as I am aware). Type 1. "The lie direct". A plain, straightforward untruth. Type 2. "False suggestion". Saying something which would lead someone who is not "on the ball" to think something that is not true. Type 3. Suppressing the truth. Not talking about something important or censoring truthful reports about an event or a person.
