  1. 5:11 Acid reflux, I had acid reflux for years, treated with Lanzoprazole, the I discovered that If I eat slightly less for dinner (I mean slightly!) the reflux did not happen. I have not taken anything to prevent it for years now and it does not happen unless I eat slightly more than I really want. this happens maybe three or four times a year.
