While it may be "Unacceptable" to press for an enquiry into why there are these "excess deaths"; there should be no "problems" about asking why there is this reluctance to hold a public enquiry into them? You might think! 7,000 deaths of young adults is horrific! I was a National Serviceman and I served in a Battalion that was 1,000 strong. So, I know what 1,000 young adults looks like. To think of seven times that number being, struck down in the prime of life, in such a short time, and hardly any official reaction is almost incomprehensible.

To illustrate the point: Imagine that during "the troubles", the IRA had been killing a battalion of British soldiers per week and the government was making all sorts of excuses for not doing anything about it.
