27:34 It occurs to me that at the end of the paleolithic period, more changed in our lives than just diet. We started living and even working in houses, society split up into classes, probably with Rich and Poor for the first time. These changes might well have had a big effect on our teeth, quite apart from our diet's effect on them. For example, it has very recently been discovered, that far infra-red radiation is important in the photosynthesis of melatonin in our bodies and that people who worked out of doors, where they were irradiated with far infrared (which ges through clouds, leaves and clothes!) were much less likely to die of Covid than people who worked indoors..

A very interesting and fair account of an extraordinary person. There is a lot more to tell in this story, perhaps you can do another on the same subject?

Vitamin Dis important for far more than "bone health". That thinking is at least ten years out of date. Vit D is very imortant to the immune systen, counteracting excessive inflamation and many other things. For a lot of information on it see Dr John Campbell, Dr Steve Eckberg and Prof. Angus Dalgleish and many others. For example people who were admitted to hospital with Cov-19 that had high levels of Vit D in their blood at the time of admission had a much bettter chance of recovering and of avoiding ICU care than those with low levels. At te start of the pandemic, Drs in Britain with darker skins started dying off at an alarming rate. If I remember the story correctly, by April 2021, 25 had died. At that point Prof Angus Dalgleish (I think it was) wrote to the secretary of the Organisation of African and Caribean Doctors (I hope that is right) asking him to contact his members to tell them to take supplementary vitamin D. By the Autumn of that year, only one further member had died.

Was Genghis Khan the inspiration for the WEF's agenda of reducing the population of the World to 500 million (or whatever the target was)? Is this why the Western governments (Even Western Parliaments!) seem so undisposed to investigate or even discuss, the pandemic of unexplained excess deaths?

20:35 If you are eating a "low fat diet" you are likely to be lacking in fat-soluble vitamins. The same is true if you are lacking a gall bladder. Probably you will need suplements.

4:29 If the Great Attractor is THAT BIG, even if it is not a black hole (& why would it not be?) it must have a gravitational pull sufficient to gobble up everything including light, so how could you ever see it through a telescope or anything else?
