  2. 13:38 The fact that the Collective West is running out of materiel to send to Ukraine PROVES that up until the beginning of the SMO, they had NO FEAR that the Russians were going to attack them. So, all the talk about their "fear of Russian Aggression" was just that. Talk, propaganda. If their fear had been real fear, they would have had large stockpiles of weapons and weapon-systems all ready for use and masses of military men who knew how to use them. More lies, in fact. Who is surprised?
