  1. Accepting that Lizz Truss is a puppet and that Sunak is also, probably, a puppet, the question becomes : "Who is the Puppet-master?" The lack of "Leadership-Material" seems to be a problem bedeviling the whole of the collective West. What has caused it? Why has it not affected China and Russia? What is it? Food? Medicine? The water supply? Plastics? Education? Methods of selecting leaders? Any ideas?
