8:07 When one looks at the politicians who are, apparently, running the West; the thing that strikes one is their mediocrity. (If that is not too flattering a term.) How does this come about? Why does it seem to afflict all the nations of the CW? I don't know this for a fact, Certainly, I have not heard it said of all of them, only a few, but I wonder if they are all addicted to cocaine? We know that some are and I read the Thames Valley Water authority complaining that the creatures which inhabit the Thames are all or mostly suffering from cocaine poisoning! Now the Thames is a fair-sized river and to achieve a concentration of cocaine to cause that problem must mean a pretty large continual consumption of it. Maybe, it is more widespread among the wealthy than is generally realised? Just a suggestion.
