  2. 28:09 Yes, that research was in the papers released at the start of the SMO when the Russians captured some of the "Biological Research Labs" (Tm Victoria Nuland). They collected DNA from Russia-speaking Ukrainians and they were also researching the birds which wintered somewhere in the South and migrated to the North of Russia in the Springtime, passing through Ukraine on their way North. Planned genocide, to say the least.

  4. 34:58 Self-destructive decisions, collapse of religion etc. I don't remember who said it but shortly after the USSR collapsed someone said "People who believe in nothing will believe anything at all!"
