  1. Prohibiting western insurance companies from insuring tankers carrying Russian oil, looks like a "Self-denying Odinance". Almost as though, the insurance business was not profitable! Or to put it another way, almost a sanctioning of the Western Insurance Industry! What did they do to deserve that? Do they/did they imagine that Chinese or Indian or Russian or Israeli insurers would not take up the extra business? I cannot follow their reasoning.
