  2. Am I right in thinking that the reason that prices, at least in the CW, always go up and almost never go down is that money is always borroed from the bankers at interest? This system, it seems to me is continually creating more moneyand more debt and there is never enough money to pay back all the debt, so that the price, initially of houses and then of everything else, has to go up because everything has to cost more to try to get enough money to repay the debts. If that is right, then the solution has to be, to abolish private banks and hand over their essential functions to the Treasury department of the government. (?)

  3. When the Roman Empire ran out of money it withdrew its legions back to Rome. What do you think are the chances of the US Empire, which looks as though it is going to run out of money soon, if it has not already, will do the same?
