  1. 13:34 The Wests' MICs are mostly privately owned. They are mostly very influencial over the foreign policy of their governments. (To put it mildly!) This is why the western goverments "pour gasoline on the fires". It is good for the MICs and good for the shareholders thereof, many of whom, I suspect are members of these governments. By contrast, the MICs of Russia and China, at least, are state owned. Selling arms, does not directly benefit the members of these governments.
