  1. Re overestimating our own power: The US has been moderately successful against a number of small countries such as Panama. It failed to defeat China when it was the greatest military on the Earth and China was the poorest country in Asia. It failed to defeat the Vietnamese. Ukraine's army was the best trained, the most battle experienced part of NATO and it is not doing well against Russia. The US had to resort to diplomacy to subdue a group of Cuban engineers(!), in their invasion of Grenada. They now want to take on the Russians, the Chinese, the Iranians, all at once? Why not take on the North Koreans at the same time? Since the Ukrainians have been using up NATO's stocks of weapons fast enough to leave the NATO stockpiles dangerously depleted after three months, how long do they, in Wash DC/Brussels, think they could last (against all three) before having to give up/sue for peace or use nuclear weapons?
