  4.  @MarkHockridge-qd2fb  Probably. I don't know much about the Tory MPs, I have not studied them. Probably you are right. On the few occasions I have met a Tory MP I have found them pretty stupid, but I have met only two or three to talk with personally.

  5.  @MarkHockridge-qd2fb  What we have is a sham democracy. Vote for whom you like it will make a marginal difference. The rhetoric will change, a lot, the policies will change but a little. This is not surprising, because the policies are not made in London, but in Washington DC. Not by the elected US government, but by the permanent US State Apparatus. It has been like this since, at least, 1945. These policies do not benefit Britain but the big businesses of the USA. Hence the steady decline of the UK.
