  3. Privately owned central banks are never "Apolitical"! They are the dictators of policy. If they do not like the policy of their government they refuse to fund it, as Harold Wilson found out, the hard way. This is why one can say that NO government that does not control its own money supply can be considered sovereign. A government with an "Independent" (Aka Privately owned.) central bank is no more independent than is a child reliant on its parents for pocket money.
