They never gave me the impression that they did not expect the attack and some of the incidents were fantastically improbable, like the same cameraman filming an attack by Islamic terrorists in Munich one week and then "just happening to be" in the right spot, in the South of France to film another lot of Islamic terrorists, mowing down people walking on the Promenade (Or was it the beach?) in the next. As to the Crocus terrorist being "roughed up", I would imagine they probably resisted arrest and anyway they were running around in a forest in the dark and I would imagine, that the policemen who arrested them did not feel overly sympathetic to them, even if they had orders to take them alive.

@manoftheworld1000 "Did it" & "Had it done" are so similar as to be interchangable. No one thinks, for example, that King's College was actually built by HenryVII. (I expect he was too busy.)
