  2. 38:00 Trump's 1st experience and Joe Biden show that the "Power of the POTUS" is very limited. Trump the "C-in-C of the US armed forces", ordered the US army to get out of Syria. They stayed put. Joe Biden is visibly incapable of running anything as complicated as a sweet shop, but the US is still somehow functioning, so presumably, someone else is running the USA. That Someone Else is not up for election.
