  1. 0:39 Such a claim is pure propaganda. Putin does not, typically, set deadlines. He is too clever to make such a mistake. He knows that the future is essentially unpridictable. The purpose of the Kiev authorities in saying that he has set such a deadline, is to be able in three weeks time to say: "There! Putin's prediction has failed!! Wasn't he STUPID to make such a prediction!!!"
