  1. It seems to me that Robert Clarke is moving in the right direction, but he has not gone far enough. When Ukraine and its Collective Western backers have run out of the weapons they are prepared to send to Ukraine, the Russian will still have plenty of soldiers and plenty of all sorts of weapons and they will still have air superiority. Even if Ukraine stops fighting, what is to stop the Russians? Will the Russians stop? Why would they? To my mind the Collective West looks like an inexperienced gambler who is losing and cannot stop gambling, because he still hopes for "something to turn up". He also cannot stop, because if he does, he will be admitting that he is stupid and no one will trust him ever again. Then again, if the House wins, he will be bankrupt and he cannot think what he will do if that happens.
