  1. 0:52 If your caption is correct the UK MoD is showing its ignorance, as usual! "Donetsk Oblast" is the Province of Donetsk. "Donetsk City" is the capital city of the DPR, or the Donetsk Oblast (if you prefer.) Donetsk city is not in danger of being encircled. Encircling, what is left of Donetsk Oblast in Ukrainian possession, is a major Russian move, which will, probably, drive Ukraine out of the DPR completely. If it is encircled, it will be a major crisis for the AFU.
