The thing is that to support the US's war on Russia the European "Allies" (or more correctly "vassals") have given Ukraine almost all their weapons and none of them fancy taking on the Russian in a face-to-face fight. It's not just, as Trump has said, that The US's allies would not support them if the US were attacked, it is more that they COULD NOT support them if they WANTED to. Since the US is always "spoiling for a fight", very few of them would feel justified in supporting them or would fancy supporting them!

Trump calls for Europe , which is in dire economic trouble because it followed the US in provoking a war in Ukraine and using it as an excuse to sanction Russia, to spend a thirtieth part of its income on supporting the US's military adventures. The "Leaders" of the European countries are daft enough to do so. Probably. Roll on the elections!
