  2. This is a misleading headline. "Carpet bombing" is one thing and "Bombing the energy sector" is something else. Carpet bombing is what Germany did to London and what Britain and the US did to Germany during WW2 and the US/NAT* did to Mosul and Raqqa more recently. The Russians have been trying to minimise civilian casualties during the war in Ukraine and the civilian Deaths in the time since Feb. 2022, have been less that the civilian casualties in Gaza, in the first two weeks of the present war there. Present day Gaza is an example of REAL "Carpet Bombing".
