The difference between the US and Russian forces presence in Syria (Which you seem to be trying to obscure.) is that the Russians were invited to be there, by the internationally recognized Syrian government while the US forces are an invading force, which is doing severe damage to the Syrian people. In particular, they are stealing Syria's oil and Syria's wheat.
