  1. Kirby is projecting, as usual. The Russians have destroyed several armies in Donbas and they have depleted the NATO arsenals. If the Ukrainian Offensive fails, where does that leave the Collective West? At that point the CW may want to negotiate. Maybe, the Russians will too, but if they don't, what then?
