Laws always constrict your ability to do what you like. Is that an argument for lawlessness? I don't think so.

@Mr_G_in_Alba I would not dispute that. What I would ask, however, is which of the ECHR laws do you object to? Can you quote it?

@Mr_G_in_Alba So without looking to see what they are doing, you trust your government to do their best for you? Wow! Good luck with that! You are British, aren't you? How trustworthy have you found them so far?

@user-yl1xy5eg7b That is not an answer to the question I asked. If you don't know what your government is objecting to and what it is going to replace the abandoned laws with, you are egging them on to do things that you don;t know about and may not like when you find out. If you don't know what legal protection you are being deprived of why do you support the exit from the ECHR's protection? It seems to me that you are being led by the nose into you know not where. IOW you are being used.

@williamforrest8658 The government in all western countries looks after the interests of the Employer class. Migrants force down the cost of labour which suits the employers. The more migrants there are, the more the downwards pressure on wage levels. To understand politics you have to understand that we live in a society that is divided into classes. You can't predict how an individual will behave but you can predict how a class will behave.
