I don't know what vehicles the Ukrainians have to transport goods into Bachmut, but when I was a soldier in Germany about 10 years after WW2 finished, the Belgian army had captured German vehicles called "half-tracks", which were a (at a guess) six-ton lorry which had tracks in place of the rear wheels and normal wheels for steering at the front, I should think these might well be more useful in muddy conditions than wheeled lorries.

@z-RU_America It was not only, it was far more than Father Frost and Mother Mud that defeated The N*ZIs. Whatever anyone says about the Communist philosophy, it was a much more inspiring idea than the N*ZIs ever had. The German War Machine was defeated by its taking on most of the World at once and by the grit, determination, courage and self sacrifice of millions of ordinary people all over the World, but particularly in Russia, China, occupied Europe and occupied and unoccupied Asia and many other places not occupied. (This is a very inadequate answer, but I think/hope you will get my drift.)
