  1. 1834 Western parliaments could never reach out to the Russian parliaments as that would mean recognosing (contrary to Sacred Dogma) that Russia ia not a Dictatorship, but a parliamentary democracy! That is unthinkable!

  3. 32:21 Getting rid of the Western Air-Defence systems would, probably, improve the safety of civilans in the event of open hodstilities between Westrn countries and Russia, because it would mean that the civilians would not be endangered by Russian missiles being knocked off-target or by "friendly" anti-aircraft misssiles which missed their targets and crashed to earth at random. Left to themselves, the Russian missile are mostly on target and the Russians do not target buildnings containing large numbers of civilians.
