It must be a real tribute to the fanatical motvation of the leaders of the army that they have gone on fighting the Russians so long, in spite of shortages of weapons, munitions air-cover and more or less everything else while working under patently lunatic orders. I suppose it is an object lesson, in how hard it is to get people im the grip of an ideaology, to see the error of their beliefs. It is certainly puzzling!
