  1. I think the practice of putting heavy weaponry in civilian setting is what NATO was teaching, at least in Ukraine. I think this was stated by one of the British volunteers who was captured by the DPR forces.

  2.  @pmkeith  It was not a captured fighter I was quoting. He was a Canadian who had fought briefly and then decided that he could not take the conditions in the front line and was on his way back to Canada.
