  2. 37:05 I would suggest that the changes in the command structure in Russia are simpler than you suggest. I guess, that Gen. Gerasimov is being freed up to take care of the whole of Russia, because there is always a danger of the CW launching some diversionary attack if the Russians were to get too focused on Ukraine. Surovikin is still in overall command of the SMO and maybe the other deputy of Gerasimov will free Surovikin up somewhat, to concentrate on the war in the air. More like a tidying-up operation than promotion/demotion. (I don't know, I am only, like you, guessing.)
