There is an "interesting" issue of "Redacted" today which explains that the driving force behind the Israeli action in Gaza is the prospect of stealing the oil and gas deposits in and off-shore of Gaza and that US oil companies are deeply involved in it and have been from the beginning. Seeing this was, fo me at least, a revelation. I am surprised that you have not mentioned it.

Is Biden's "Blank Cheque" really just a sort of manouvre to avoid that question? It seems that the Chinese accept that Blinken is the effective POTUS, as do the Saudis. However, Netanyahoo does not seem to be under his control; so who is the boss and who the deputy?
