This news about the Hungarians suggestion to ban only russian oil shipped to Europe in tankers (Ships), leaving oil sent by pipeline unaffected, reminds me of the old joke about the disarmament conference between the Russian bear, the German eagle and the British lion. The lion proposed a complete ban on the use of beaks. The eagle said he favoured a complete ban on the use of teeth for offensive purposes. The bear said he had a much better idea: " let us abandon all weapons altogether and simply embrace!"
