The logical conclusion is, a conclusion that no western commentator seems able to articulate, is that the Urgent Task for the West is to to concentrate on how to acknowledge, to accept complete defeat. It is clear to anyone looking at the situation, without prior commitments to anything except the unvarnished truth, is that unmodified, complete defeat, is the most likely outcome of the war, in the very near future.

  2. 1:20:10 I would suggest that the CW should offer various "sweetners" to the Russians such as compensation for the destruction of Nordstream, an end to sanctions, the return of the bank reserves and the return of US troops from their overseas bases to the US, an end to proxy wars and illegal occupations of other peoples' countries and NATO. Just for a start. I am sure that there are other measures that could be offered. (Certainly, I can think of others that I would favour, but being nobody, I don't suppose they will be even considered.)
