  2. It's a shame this place can't be some old folks place where it can be appreciated by the owner as well as the neighbors. Why do you spend all that time blowing debris from the walkways and then mow the grass and repeat the same procedure? Why not leave it until the end cleanup?

  6. Half her property washed into the street. You could use a skid steer. I often wonder why people put chain link fences, like that, around their house. It serves no purpose what so ever. Where can I get one of those container plants? :-) You did an excellent job.

  10. Unless you have animals, what is the use of a chain link fence? Looks like the dog is long gone. Why do people keep a circle of rocks in their lawn? Put it in a wheelbarrow and get it out of there. Nice job.

  15. Why is it you guys clean up these derelict abandoned properties? Don't you think some elderly person or handicap person would appreciate the work more? If the neighbors don't like the looks of these places, let them either clean it up or complain to the township. Find someone that really needs your help.

  16. They make a spray for poison ivy. Bonide Poison Ivy Killer RTU Liquid 32 oz, just one of many. What is the holdup in selling that place. House needs to be gutted or torn down, but that is a great corner lot.

  18. $300 bucks? What a rip off. I notice the "locksmith" turned around and left pretty quick, once he got his money. He got there quick, because he was sitting in his butt watching TV all morning. You should have sent that cop after the guy that charged you $300 to open your truck.
